Tsuyu is a Japanese sauce mix consisting of shoyu (soy sauce), dashi (fish extract) and mirin (sweet wine). Morita Katsuo Tsuyu Soup Base gives your broth a spicy, slightly sweet flavour. Add soy noodles, tofu, and spring onions and enjoy this traditional Japanese dish. Morita Katsuo Tsuyu Soup Base (for soba noodle soup, liquid) can also be used as a dipping sauce for soba or as a seasoning for many braised dishes.
