The cooling treat for young and old. Moritz ice candy capsules are a delicately melting temptation with a special effect. These are chocolates made from hazelnut nougat which, when melted in the mouth, draw energy - i.e. heat - from the mouth. If the temperature on the tongue drops below 24°C, this is perceived as cold. Ice candy therefore does not need to be stored in the refrigerator. Quite the opposite: existing cold actually weakens the cooling effect in the mouth.
