So much flavor! I would push people out of the way to eat what this author was serving. Cooking his recipes isn't for the faint of heart though. This is professional-level cooking. There are lots of specialty ingredients that may or may not be available where you live. You will also need to commit time and attention. I would recommend adding this to your shelf if you are an adventurous cook.
