Postal Service - Option 7:

R95.00 for the first item- t(normal postage)- this AMOUNT includes packaging of parcel and all other expenses are taken into account that we may incur for posting this parcel-

OPTIONAL EXTRA: Insurance is charged at an additional 3.00% of the total order value

- because for example if an item is won on an auction @ R1 and you cover it for R1, you pay 3% which is R0,03 insurance and if the post office loses the parcel which rarely happens, you will only get back R1 , which is not the amount (your total amount) that you paid to me with postage you paid etc. as well as the parcel maybe valued at much more than R1 and you would of course be losing money:

- to pick up your parcel/s from the post office, your tracking number, ID BOOK/DRIVERS LICENSE and ID NUMBER IS REQUIRED... WITHOUT providing the post office with this info , your parcel may not be released to you

- We offer a 14-day warranty on all watches/jewellery/MAKEUP/perfumes/BOOTS/PUMPS

-IF SIZE IS WRONG WE WILL GLADLY SWAP PROVIDED THAT WE STILL HAVE STOCK OF THE SIZE YOU NEED - IF WE DON'T HAVE STOCK OF THE REQUIRED SIZE, WE WILL REFUND YOU. THIS IS PROVIDED THAT THE SHOE HAS NOT BEEN WORN OR DAMAGED AND PROVIDED THAT IT IS WITHIN THE 14-DAY-WARRANTY PERIOD - IF A SHOE IS RETURNED THAT HAS BEEN WORN, WE WILL RETURN IT BACK TO YOU IN THE CONDITION IT WAS SENT TO US AND YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR POSTAGE COSTS
