Pegatron socket 775 motherboard bundle with Intel Celeron 420 processor (with cooler) and 1Gb DDR2 memory. This motherboard is basically an ASUS Intel G41 board labelled as a Pegatron. The package includes back plate and drivers. Note that Windows 7 will install all drivers, including LAN, sound and video drivers from its own database if you don't wish to install the drivers manually. This board has been fully tested and is guaranteed working.
