HERE IS HOW THEY WORK: Press the button on the remote control once to arm the alarm. A GREEN LIGHT will light up on front for about 15 seconds. During this "green light period" you may move around without triggering the siren. THIS GIVES YOU A CHANCE TO LEAVE THE ROOM OR YOUR HOUSE WITHOUT TRIGGERING THE ALARM! After 15 seconds the green light will go out and the unit is in MOTION DETECT MODE. At this point ANY motion within 15 feet will start a 5-second silent countdown. If the unit is not disarmed with the remote control within the 5 seconds the alarm will sound. THIS 5 second countdown allows YOU time to disarm the alarm when you return home or into the area! Its GENIUS! It has no ON/OFF switch so trespassers cant turn it off! Once triggered, the 105db alarm will BLARE non-stop for 45-50 seconds and then re-sets itself to motion detect mode.
