MouseRugs

It looks like a rug but works like a mouse pad. With this MouseRug you can transform your office desk or home study into a stylish work-space.

The MouseRug and CoasterRug surfaces are made with world-patented Lextra® yarn-dyed nylon fiber coating process and they are printed without ink. The quality may be compared to high-wear carpeting construction, although on a much finer scale.

The fibers are .75 millimeters long (more than 7 million on each MouseRug)--lovely soft feel, precise mouse tracking. Fibers are permanently locked into base adhesives. The natural rubber base material is made in the U.S.A. from rubber that comes from trees in southeast Asia.

Fringed ends of the MouseRugs and CoasterRugs are custom produced at a textile mill in the Carolinas--the same company making fringe for well-known makers full size rugs.

About this Design

The Nain carpet is made in the city of Nain in the Province of Isfahan. Nain has a very old tradition of making top quality carpets known for hundreds of years. The classical design Nain was originally made for the Shahs palaces in old Persia. The original colors are a beige background with a combination blue, red and green, with white silk thread highlighting found on the edges of the design, and in the past hundred years they began making red and green backgrounds as well.

The Persian MouseRug Collection was created from digital scans of fine Persian carpet images provided courtesy of the Persian Carpets Exhibition in Kuwait. This product has been sourced through the official suppliers for South Africa. Counterfeit products do not have the same level of quality and durability.
