Overall condition of the cases and discs are good. All cases are in working condition with all mechanisms intact and discs will have no scratches or some minor scratches. 

Any major damage to the disks or cases will be shown in the pictures and noted specifically below.

The box set case is not damaged, but the inside some discs does not 'clip' into the middle holders, seems like they are too small to hold the discs properly in place.  It was like this upon purchase and most likely a manufacturing default of the box itself.
