Excellent. Listening to this volume we're reminded, once again, what a genius Mozart was. The music is exciting, luminous, airy, inspired and technically accomplished. Heaven's music. The sound is amazing as well and also reminds us of Philips' technical prowess in the 70s analogue sound, that sounds better than many digital recordings of the 80s made by other companies. The musicians involved in this recording also befit Philips'goal of signing some of the best of their generation. Sadly the recording outfit is no longer among us, and their re-issues have been rebranded by its new owner. A truly sad ending for a winner. These discs are beautiful and I'll be coming back to them again and again.
