Card in excellent condition, the blower fan is just too loud in games that use 100% of the GPU, fans and speed can be throttled so they are not too loud but then you have to balance between performance and temperature.

APPARENTLY you can flash 290X firmware on these cards but I never bothered with such things and attempting such is at your own risk.
