Return policy: 

There will be a seven day free return policy (not refund) on all our products for items that are faulty. Which means that you provide us with your address and we will then arrange for the courier to  come and collect the faulty item. After seven days you will be responsible for arranging and paying the courier. Any faulty item will then be sent to our service center for testing and if items are faulty we will then do a warranty claim against the supplier, where they will then replace or repair the faulty item. This excludes physical damage to the product and thermal paste on the GPU, CPU Pins or Motherboards.

Shipping:

We offer Postnet - Postnet  & Courier Door - Door. We don't use SAPO as we encounter way to many problems with packages. All products will be delivered to you between 2-4 Days. If there is any delays we will notify you and resolve the matter as swiftly as possible. Please note that we will not be liable for any parcel sent back to us due to buyer not collecting ontime. The buyer will then be liable for payment. If you don't take insurance on the parcel please note that when any product arrives opened or damaged, we are then not liable for any refund and returns will not be acceptable. 

Warranty:

All products will come with one year manufacturer warranty. Where some items have longer warranties it will be mentioned on the listing.
