Faulty Msi HD 7970

I am not sure what happened but the graphics card refused to display an image when I powered my PC on one day. The GPU receives power because the fan start spinning but it does not display an image. The graphics card has a few scratches on the casing. I'm selling it as is and no refunds will be given.
