Q: What do you need?
All we need is an existing MTN number.
Any of these packages can be loaded onto your existing MTN sim, so you don't have to get a new number for it.
Q: Who is deal available to?
Almost all MTN customers, it is available to all MTN PayAsYouGo (Also known as Prepaid), MTN Flexi, MTN Classic and My MTNChoice customers.
Q: How do I view my balance?
You could follow the instructions provided by us upon purchasing your bundle to view your balance, alternatively we could provide you with your data balance upon request.
Please Note
1. There will be no refund for used data.
2. All data bundles have a reset date, upon which your data usage would reset and the remaining data of your bundle would be reallocated to you for the remainder of the duration of your bundle.
3. Once you have reached your data allocation or data expires you may be removed from our database unless or until you recharged or repurchased with one of our data bundles
4. If you are experiencing any issue with your Bundle, you may contact us and we would do our best to try resolve your issue.
