Install the juice extractor on a table or on any other suitable stand and fix it by tightening up the clamping screw.

Put a large baking dish in which the juice or squash is strained under the perforate cylindrical section and another receptacle for the waste matter under the spout.

Place the stoned fruits or vegetables in the funnel, turn the handle to the right and then the squash is extracted.
