bought multi-remote on bob for R10. too good to be true?unfortunately the seller's 'pre-shipping test' discovered a faulty button. outcome: seller was quick to take interest in my concern/ disatisfaction. i am pleased with the outcome. all things considered this sounds like a geniune guy! no hard feelings.
