Returns and Refunds

We will gladly accept any returned merchandise for a full exchange of the same item. Providing that the returned item/s is sent back in its original packaging and that it includes all items which were in the original package. The item/s must not be damaged in any way.  

Before returning goods, please send us an email with your name, product description and winning bid number, and the problem you have with the product. We will not accept any returns without this information and confirming with the buyer that the goods may be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Warranty

The return warranty is for valid for a period of (7) days from date  the buyer signs receipt of the goods.

The product is guaranteed for (3) months from the buyer signs receipt of the goods against defects.
