DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
DESCRIPTIONA lovely and solid blue - green oval - shaped Murano glass ashtray. It has two sections for resting cigarettes and is 7 cm deep and has a diameter of 16 cm at the widest point of the rim. It is a retro piece dating from the 1950s. The yellow spot you see at the centre of the ashtray in the image above is the back of the 'Murano glass' sticker which is stuck to the bottom of the ashtray. CONDITIONThe ashtray is in excellent 'as new' condition with no chips or scratches.
NOTES
A nice item for the Murano glass collector. Very well made and with lovely transluscent glass ranging in colour from dark blueish green to almost clear.

Seen from the bottom. It is ground level at the bottom to stand firmly and the original 'Murano' sticker is stuck to the bottom.

Shown with a match box to give an indication of relative size. It is not very big, but quite deep and can handle the ash of a couple of chain smokers.
