Offered for sale is a rare  1950s or 1960s Murano  Italian glass clam-shaped bowl , the design attributed to Seguso a master glass maker. The bowl is in a pink-mauve  graduated colourway and is cased glass overlaid with colourless glass with a pulled rim  . It has a unique feature, a double faceted base so the item can be displayed vertically or on its side. It is entirely hand made and  in good condition .

Dimensions :length 19cm ; height 9.5cm ;width 9.5cm

A similar example is listed in the Millers 2015 UK  price guide  page 214 with a recommended price of 400-600 pounds sterling
