Music Cuckoo clock playing

This clock ticked for a while then stopped, but in all fairness I probably put a too long pendulum on and also this clock has been lying so the movement is not too clean. I put on the 2 weights and the music was playing and the doors opened.

it comes with the chains but no pendulum and weights and no hands and no back door  the surround is broken and a section missing also not exactly the same color as the house. the top piece the one clamp is broken.

I sure to someone who knows and loves these cuckoo's this all should be a easy fix to make it all work again

please see pictures as this is the best way for me to show as I do not have much knowledge about these clocks
