The Florida Broadleaf Mustard Spinach is a fast grower, that can be harvested within 48 days. It produces prolific flavourful green mustard leaves.

Great for using it in salads, sandwiches or cooked or/steamed. Being highly nutritious, containing high levels of Vitamin A, B and C, it is a recommended vegetable to grow for home gardeners. It is also great with freezing and canning. It is also one of the mustard greens that is slow to bolt. It can withstand extreme heat. I have not yet seen must pest attacks on this variety. The plant itself produces large plants with oval leaves with a pungent mustard flavour.
