Hardcover published by G. Bell & Sons, 1911. The boards are blind stamped with a crown logo and the name and title of the author on the front, and appear again on the spine in gilt lettering. The boards are sturdy and clean, with minor wear to the edges and both ends of the spine. The pages are generally aged, with some light spotting to the preliminary and last few pages, but are otherwise clean and unmarked. The frontispiece tissue separator is intact. Illustrated with several black and white photographs.
