Hardcover published 1912 by'S-Gravenhage Martinus Nijhoff, no jacket. A volume of the "Werken Uitgegeven door De Linschoten-Vereeniging V" (being volume 5 of the series of 118 volumes published, the last in 2019), "Uitgegeven door S.P. L'Honoré Naber". The boards are square, with minor bumps to the corners, and two clear circular marks on the rear one. The first and last few pages show some tanning and sporadic foxing, but the pages are otherwise clean and unmarked. There are several pairs of unopened pages. A loosely inserted "Aanvullingen" dealing with 1) De Persoon van Pieter de Marees and 2) Wat Beduit "per S. Rovelascum?" accompanies the book. The fold-out map at the rear of the book is present and intact.
