• Shipping to be done only on Tuesdays.
• Faulty goods must be returned to brombeer1208 at your expense and be collected.
• Rejection of quotation for repair will be charged.
• A full credit will be issued if returns take place within 24 hours provided good are in resalable condition, including all manuals, software and original package, minus a 10% handeling fee.
• If the return of goods take place after 24 hours from the date of invoice (Maximum 14 days), the credit passed will be lesser amount of 90% of the current selling price, or 90% of the original purchased price, provided the goods are still in resalable condition, including manuals, software and original package,minus a 10% handeling fee.
• No credit will be issued at all if the return is 14 days after the purchase.
• An additional 15% handling fee charged will be issued for goods not being returned with there original packaging, software or manuals.
• Please back-up your data on your hard disk drive before sending the PC for support, the workshop will not be held liable for any loss of data.
• A handling charge of R 480 will be issued for cancellation of PC orders, after payment has been made.
• The warranty is only valid for COREX IT DISTRIBUTION DYNAMICS (PTY) LTD Dealers within it's warranty period.
• Products have a 12 month warranty from date of purchase (Unless specified).
• The warranty will be void if the serial number or it's label is missing.
• The warranty will be void if items are written on or tampered with.
• Repairs must be returned with a faulty report form.
• Should the goods be defective within 7 days of purchase, it will be replaced immediately after being tested by COREX IT DISTRIBUTION DYNAMICS (PTY) LTD's technicians.
• COREX IT DISTRIBUTION DYNAMICS (PTY) LTD will replace or repair the items if a performance failure has occurred within the  warranty period. Items that can be repaired by Corex I.T. will not be swapped out. (Swopout does not include:  Monitors, Speakers, Scanners, UPS)
• A component will be declared void and out of warranty if goods are mishandled, struck by lightening or power surges.
• Brombeer1208 does not carry any cables, Software or Ink Cartridge loss for booked-in goods.
• Brombeer1208 is not liable for any loss of data.
