Condition as photographed. Please note some one spray painted

black on top (obvious in this photo). Some of the tile detail is either

missing or cracked. some tile pieces are in tact. I can advise you

where to obtain replacements. The table and chairs are large

THERE ARE 6 CHAIRS!!!. Table measures length 195cm, the width

is 114cm and the height is 77. The chairs fit underneath. The chairs

measure approximately height (back) 96cm, height to seat is 44cm

the length is 62cm and the width is 61cm.

My feeling on this set is it just needs a new protective stain on

and it will look great. I am going to oil it to feed the wood.

To mention again....some tile detail is missing. Any questions

please ask.
