Nanolux LEDex Commerical Grade Fixture:

The Nanolux LEDex light fixture is designed for full-cycle commercial cultivation and features many advantages compared to traditional light sources, bringing new efficiencies for your grow facility that weren't possible before. This technology is revolutionizing the horticultural lighting industry in both lowering electricity usage and increasing overall crop yield. There are many licensed Cannabis facilities and home growers in South Africa currently running the Nanolux LEDex and the feedback has been positive with growers achieving great results!  

The standard product for sale is a 1.2m track, a 0.6m track is also available. We have multiple configurations available:

Key features of the LEDex 

• The LEDex has 5 different spectrum bars available: Full Spectrum, UV, Red, Blue and Red/Blue. This allows the end user to mix for white light with specific wavelengths to aid in vegetative and flower growth. 

• The standard size track is 1.2m in length, a 0.6m track is also available: The 1.2m track can take up to 8 bars, and the 0.6m track can take up to 4 bars.
• Each bar is 110W except for the UV bar which is a 50W bar. The bars each have their own driver and can therefore function independently of other bars.  
• The LEDex Series fixtures allow random start, soft start, soft dimming capabilities. 
• The LED bars can also be used individually for side or intra-canopy lighting without the track by using the Nanolux LED bar power cord (Nanolux LED Components). 

Benefits of the LEDex  

• Modular: Unique to the Nanolux modular approach, the LEDex 110w bars are packaged individually and you can build a light fixture by adding extra LED bars to the support track to meet the required PPFD on your canopy. 
• Safety: The fixtures have built in over temperature protection, under voltage protection and open/short circuit protection. 
• Efficiency: The LEDex consumes less electricity than your traditional HID fixtures, as well as most other LED light fixtures used for Horticulture/Agriculture. 
• Long lifespan: Each individual bar can give you 50,000hrs, which is approximately 6 years!
