Natarajini

Canvas rendering entitled "Nataranjini" depicts a snapshot a world within a world of an adorned dancer crossing a pond with water lilies, gracefully skipping across the rocks of the river in a hurry. The piece speaks to the journey of a dancer, calculated, elegant, a tad dangerous but still unbelievably beautiful. This is an original piece by a young, up and coming artist, who goes by the name "Jade" and has offered this piece in aid of a fundraiser for South African Dancers. Jade herself is a talented dancer and that was the inspiration behind this piece, she wanted the viewer to be intrigued by 'Natarajini', to create an inquisitive air around this mysterious, elegant dancer, her urgency caught in a singular frame of stillness. This piece is the first installment in a painting trilogy, to be released in December. This is once-off canvas print to be auctioned.
