Offered here is a National PE-145 flash unit, which will fit a Pentax, Praktica and probably other cameras.

It comes in the original issue box, and includes the instruction booklet.
 
This Flash is in EXCELLENT CONDITION (see photos).
I have not tested this unit, and sell it as is.
