This gorgeous sterling silver ring is set with five deep yellow citrine gemstones. Each oval cut citrine gemstone has been set into a modern raised setting, sitting 4mm high above the finger. There are 5 x gemstones, each on with its own distinct hue but all five stones are a deep buttery yellow. They each show interesting inclusions and are particularly lively. Interestingly, they are faceted with a particularly deep "pavilion" (the part of the gemstone that is set down into the silver), which allows for a lot of light play. The shank is simple and solid, flattening out at the back of the finger. It would make a lovely stacking ring but the stones themselves are so large that it holds its own on a hand. A stunning and bold ring!
I have had the gemstones jeweller tested and authenticated. The hallmark shows '925' for sterling silver.
