SOLID STERLING SILVER 925 NATURAL RUTILATED QUARTZ CHAIN BRACELET

Ever a favourite of those who love their gemstones natural, the phenonomen of the "rutile" crystal never fails to fascinate ... and it makes beautiful jewellery. This is a natural event where acicular (needle-like) quartz inclusions occur within a transparent or opaque natural quartz. Sometimes these rutilated inclusions come in a gold hue, and often in a dark, black hue. The gemstones on this bracelet are a combination of almost transparent quartz with black needle inclusions inside. The inclusions on this piece are very visible to the eye. Each piece has been softly polished into a rounded cabochon and bezel set into links. The gemstones are separated by horizontal sterling silver "liquid" links to create a continuous chain bracelet. Each cabochon measures 10 mm in diameter and 4 mm in height. The bezel settings and the spacer links are solid sterling silver. The bracelet measures 19,5 cm (195 mm) and weighs 10,9 grams.
