Our  Natures Gifts jewellery is totally unique, based on natural gemstones and plant material and each piece produced is different. The pendant is made through a process called electroforming which deposits a coating of pure copper on the desired article. The original article is thus covered by copper which is then varnished. In some cases a patina may be applied to enhance the colour of the article and antiqued silverplate may also be applied. As with any jewellery, these pieces are delicate and should be treated with care. 
All our jewellery is handmade and is meant to have a handmade, authentic look. Since natural gemstones and botanical material are used in all our jewellery, small cracks, inclusions, irregularities of colour, natural damage to plant matter etc. will be observed. This is part of Nature, enjoy her different characteristics, it is as Nature intended and no piece is completely perfect. As a qualified gemmologist I can guarantee that all the gemstones used are genuine.
All pendants are are shipped in a gift  box. Our jewellery is photographed in natural lighting to show the best colours. Please remember colours may vary slightly from computer to computer.

Please advise us within this period whether you would like to return any article for a refund/credit. Although we pride ourselves in our packing, the buyer remains responsible for loss, non-arrival or damage to goods being sent to, or returned.
