Internet research These glass  Cameo 3D heads and shoulders were made in West Germany c1980 setting is yellow metal+ Rhinestones - 

Top of setting is a small flower at the back you would put chain through and pendant is attached to that Top and bottom have larger clear rhinestones Surrounding wreath gold tone setting has shinny amethyst Rhinestones in flowers and leaves about 13 are missing worth while replacing as a lovely unusual piece the body of pendant has a rope trim then flat -the cameo  is front facing - high protruding is on top of that flat very beautiful  piece + a chain which is not as lovely as pendant
