I believe this is a simulated blue topaz heart surrounded by crystals+ which are interspersed by marcasite 

Consists of 1 Necklace - Chain+ Pendant heart shape simulated blue topaz surround by clear Crystals and interspersed by marcasite on silver tone chain**NOTE when look into inside of stone back setting looks like it has black  running across on ** when first looked I thought chips or OXIDATION to back metal or simulated topaz I am not sure what it is 

On top tip simulated blue topaz when I run finger over it is smooth so whatever it is it's under or inside simulated blue topaz
