 How the system works.

Once you have made a purchase we reserve your cc name. Once the name is approved we will proceed to lodge your company electronically with the Registrar of Companies. Final registration will only take place once the Registrar receives the original singed registration document as well as a letter of appointment of an accounting officer.

We will contact you to arrange to get the required document to you. Once the documents are received by us we submit them to the Registrar who will then process the final registration and issue the company documents.

How long does this take?

The normal processing time for name reservation and final registration is in each instance 1 to 7 working days but this does depend on the black loge at the Registrar’s office.
