* Unit is approximately 4 years old and in excellent condition and perfect working order - in constant use at the moment
* Recently serviced - has a brand new lead-acid battery and HT transformer was replaced for minor fault (invoice available)
* Unit has been upgraded to allow easy connection and disconnection of the remote keypad (included)
* Complete with keypad and cable, instruction manuals and two magnetic switch tags
