1. Electric fence energizers require a pristine grounding system to function effectively. If your earth spikes are poorly installed or dry out, an intruder won't receive the full 2-Joule shock when they touch the wire because the electrical circuit cannot complete itself through the ground.
2. The angled poles included in this kit are strategically designed to overhang the perimeter wall toward the outside. This geometry forces a potential intruder to lean backward away from the wall if they attempt to scale it, making an unauthorized breach mechanically difficult even before they touch the live wires.
3. The Wizord 2i energizer features a built-in gate monitor input loop. This allows you to connect a magnetic gate switch directly to the fence controller, enabling it to trigger the main siren if your pedestrian or driveway gate is left open for too long, independent of your home alarm panel.
