Introducing the NEO-6M Module+External Antenna, the perfect solution for any hobbyist who needs navigation with extreme precision and accuracy! This module is built to withstand even the harshest conditions, so you can get reliable data day or night. With its UART comms interface and supply voltage range of 3VDC—5VDC, getting accurate results has never been easier.

The NEO-6M GPS Module For Arduino is a very robust GPS module, especially for its entry-level price and non-intrusive size. Fully compatible with UART devices such as the Raspberry Pi Pico, and Arduino Uno R3 as well as the MSP range of microprocessors by Texas Instruments. Capable of positional accuracy of just under 2m and an astounding velocity accuracy of <0.1m/s.

Once powered, the module will instantly acquire a satellite signal for a position fix. Once fixed, an onboard LED will blink to confirm and continue to blink for the time the module has a successful positional fix!

The above image will give you an idea of how to connect the NEO-6M Module+External Antenna to the Arduino Uno R3. We recommend that you use the hardware-defined pins just keep in mind that on the GPS module the TX and RX pins are swapped so you will need to connect the TX and RX pins as follows: GPS module TX to Arduino Uno RX, GPS module RX to Arduino Uno TX. The unit we sell has 5 pins the extra pin is the PPS pin
