Design details:

  • Obverse features the portrait of Queen Wilhelmina, with the legend WILHELMINA KONINGIN DER NEDERLANDEN.

  • Reverse displays the Dutch crowned coat of arms with rampant lion, denomination 2½ G, and the date 1931.

A choice AU+ example, retaining strong original lustre with only minimal friction on the highest points. Large silver Dutch guilders of this period are highly regarded for their size, silver content, and classic interwar-era design.
