Published in 1958 by Allan Wingate, first impression September 1958, hardcover. The unclipped jacket is whole, save for a small piece about 2cm x 2cm missing from the base of the spine. It is worn and creased along the edges and folds. The boards are clean and square. The inside front paste-down has the name of a previous owner in pen, and the FFEP has a book dealers label pasted to it, and a creased corner. Apart from some light browning / dust marks to the top of the pages, they are all clean and unmarked. From Wikipedia:
