The 13" Antenna Mast is installed on the exterior of the window or metal siding, whilethe two-prong Passive Repeater Antenna Box is placed in the exact same spot but on the interior of the window. These two pieces should be placed back to back with the glass separating them. The interior box with two prongs will pick up the signal from your Cell Phone and then transmit it to the exterior 13" Antenna where the signal strength is stronger. The exterior antenna pulls in signals from the outside to increase your signal strength on the interior of your car, home or office !
