Return Policies
1. We guarantee all our watches are the same as the advertised descriptions, If a different watch is received or the watch is not working properly, we will arrange replacement/refund.
2.For Replacement/Refund, watch must be returned in its original condition without any physical changes (e.g. scratches, shortening of bracelet etc). Upon receiving the returned watch, replacement/Refund will be arranged
3.Replacement/Refund must be requested within 5 days after receiving the package.
