Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.

If measurements fall between two sizes, it is recommended that the larger size is chosen

THERE IS NO IN STOCK ITEMS FOR THIS DESIGN, DRESS WILL BE MADE ACCORDIGLY TO THE SIZE CHOOSEN IN MEASURING TABLE AND SEND TO YOU WITHIN 4  weeks. CUSTOM MAKE IS OPTIONAL FOR ADDITIONAL R200.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU USE MEASURING CHART IN CENTIMETERS/ INCHES MEASURES YOUR BUST, WAIST ANS HIPS TO IDENTIFY YOUR CORRECT SIZE, AS NO REFUND WILL OFFERED IF INCORRECT SIZE WILL BE CHOSEN!

SHIPPING IS via DHL /Dpex(1 week delivery) R150. 

 

 

Terms & Conditions:

 

1. Every client is responsible for choosing an appropriate Size from the measuring table provided, I am there to help you if you need an assistance.

 

2. All the items shipped with 48 hours after we recive your payment, via Express courier companies . The tracking number will be sent to you thereafter, you can trace it over website!  Please Give it +- 7 working days. Pls Contact me if you have a limited times be4 placing an order, I will estimate the delivery. 

 

3.  Shipping times is an estimation based on my previous shipping experience in South Africa, I can not control the shipping company or any consequences will make  a delays ( strikes, public holidays, lost of the parcel, weekends, custom and others…), however I am there to sort it out as soon as possible, and keep you up to date!

    

   Unfortunately, I am unable to trace the parcel for you if the item was sent outside of South African borders (Namibia and others), its client’s responsibility to trace it with local courier company!

 

4. Refund- full refund is paid to the client if the item is not as described / client never received it.                No refund will be paid if incorrect size was chosen, delay in shipping.
