IT HAS A STAINLESS STEEL PEDESTAL AND THE PIN FITS INTO THE CALF.

THE HEAD IS LOOSE AND FITS ONTO A PIN WHICH MEANS YOU CAN ACTUALLY

POINT THE HEAD IN ANY DIRECTION.
