Immediate payment on June 14 but only received items 19 days later after a few emails, and then had to track down post office where parcel was sent by making numerous calls. (Supplier acknowledged that order had not been dispatched 2 weeks after order, and offered a 10% discount on next purchase). All in all, I received the items that I am pleased with, but the process was very frustrating!
