As curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric ,we use a 95% turmeric extract in our turmeric tablets whilst other brands use between 5-10% curcumin. Our turmeric and black pepper tablets is further enriched with Ginger in a small easy to swallow tablet.

Directions for use for Turmeric Tablets:
2600 MG DAILY DOSE - Take two Turmeric tablets per day.
