SAPO normally takes 9-11 working days (strikes/delays out of our control)

We will email or sms  your tracking number and it is up to the buyer to track their parcel,

SAPO do not issue collection slips. So if you do not receive your

parcel in 10 working days, take your tracking number to your Post Office and enquire.
