The Classic series stands the test of time. It's the all around reel everyone grow up with, only it has grown up too. Well known for its versatility, the classic series can be found trolling lakes, pitching baits, down rigging or softly casting live bait. Line burning fish don't have a chance against the Classic's newly enlarged, incredibly smooth, multi-disc drag system. The lightweight one-piece graphite frames and the heavy-duty brass and stainless gearing are the keys to the versatility of these reels. Although the CL202L is primarily a troling reel, it can be used to cast short to medium distances.
