Shipping IS STRAIGHT FROM THE SUPPLIER AND takes between 4 - 7 working days after payment has been received via DHL International express parcel.
Sometimes there are customs delays which can delay the delivery of the phone by a few days which are beyond our control. We will however keep you informed all the way with the progress of your parcel.
A tracking number will be sent to you 2 - 3 days after payment is made.
A small customs fee may apply which is for the buyers account. This is very rarely the case but this is stipulated here just in case there is.
