This battery grip/holder is compatible with Canon EOS 550D. It has all the same functions as the original Canon BG-E8 battery grip. The grip has a built in vertical shutter release button, and can hold two LP-E8 lithium-ion battery packs, or six AA batteries using the included battery holder. Additionally, it supports features such as AE lock and FE lock, and retains access to the Index/Reduce button, main dial, AF-Point Select button, and Aperture/Exposure Compensation Buttons. It is very easy and convenient to use.

  • This is High Quality battery grip, used with Canon EOS Rebel T2i / 550D Digital Camera, the functions same as the Canon BG-E8 Original grip. (Grip on sale is a generic grip)
  • Use of 6 AA batteries or one or two LP-E8 Li-ion batteries, doubling the battery capacity of your camera.
  • This battery grip with a vertical-grip shutter button, Main Dial, AE lock/FE lock/Index/Reduce button, AF point selection/Magnify button, aperture/exposure compensation button,1/4" Tripod screw mount. to enable shooting in the same way as a horizontal grip, to enable shooting in the same way as a horizontal grip.
  • It can connect ACK-E8 AC battery adapter
  • Doubling the battery capacity of your camera, effectively extend your shooting time.
