Return Policies
For Replacement/Refund,Exchange only if item is demage upon arrival. Refund must be requested within 7 days after receiving the package. Shipping fee will not be refunded. All watches must be return in original condition without any physical changes. (e.g. scratches, shortening of bracelet etc.) We guarantee all our watches are the same as the advertised descriptions, If a different watch is received or the watch is not working properly, we will arrange replacement/refund.
