Transfer of risk
Gemshop remains the owner of the item until it has been collected/delivered, and as such are responsible for loss or damage in transit. If a parcel is collected from the Post Office and you suspect that it is damaged or tampered with, do not accept delivery and notify us. You will be refunded or a replacement unit in similar condition sent without delay.
Payment
Payment is to be made within 72 hours after confirmation of your order. Payment can be made by direct electronic transfer, cheque or cash deposit. Please use the Bidorbuy nick or order number as reference.
Tracking No
A tracking number will be posted as part of your rating as soon as the item has been sent.

Collections

We will allow collections but only by prior arrangement. We will allow combining of items to save on postage. Please contact us AFTER the auction so we can give you a proper quote.
